The Aurelian Spindle is a megastructure in deep space, part gateway, part fortress, part symbol, sitting at the intersection of several major trade routes: a rotating column of docks, embassies, and fortified chambers.

The Spindle was built as neutral ground, a place where Helix, Forgeborn, Verdant, and a dozen lesser factions can send delegations under Accord guarantee. It has hosted ceasefires, peace talks, trade congresses, and the occasional failed summit that ended in explosive decompression.

For Solarii, service on the Spindle is a crucial test. Those who can manage its constant, simmering tensions without letting the station tear itself apart earn fast promotion.
